My Approach
I have an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing from several different techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). My straightforward manner is coupled with a deep sense of optimism and compassion. I believe anyone can change their life for the better and am honored to be a part of that process.
